NterNow assistance is available Mon-Fri 10am - 5pm EST by calling 844-531-1283.

Follow these steps to get started.

CONNECT YOUR LOCK TO THE HUB

  1. Set your ezlo hub next to an outlet near your front door.  The unit is set up to use cellular, so no wifi hookup is needed.

  2. Go to the NterNow Install tool  Install Tool  and select MANAGE HUB

  3. On your ezlo hub, wait for the top LED light to cycle through colors as it comes online. Wait for a steady blue light before proceeding. It may take up to 5 minutes.

  4. In the NterNow z-wave tool, match the hub serial number of your device with the number in the z-wave list and press "Connect"

  5. Tap the orange wrench icon.  Then tap "+ Add Device"

  6. At this point, the hub is looking for your lock. Check your lock's pairing instructions to perform the proper sequence to pair.

    1. Kwikset locks - press "A".

      1. Video demo - Kwikset

    2. Schlage locks - press Schlage button, 6-digit programming key, "0".

      1. Video demo - Schlage

    3. Yale locks - enter Installer code then "gear", press "7" then "gear", then "1" then gear.

  7. Some types of locks will require you to enter a code found on lock or paperwork included with the lock.

Login to https://install.nternow.com/#/. Then select a Hub serial number to manage.

Once you select a hub, you can manage by tapping the wrench icon.

Select +Add Device to pair to your lock.

If your lock has S2 Security, the app will ask for a PIN code to be entered. This is usually found on a sticker near the battery compartment of your lock.

If you click MORE at the bottom, you can see the hub status. Press Close when finished.

ACTIVATE THE PROPERTY

Once the hub is connected to the lock, click the ACTIVATE PROPERTY button. **Make sure the property has been entered into your NterNow dashboard before beginning.

  1. Select your Community from the list of active communities

  2. Select your property from the list of available properties

  4. Enter the hub serial number, found on the bottom of the smart home hub. It should start with 920xxxxx.

How do I unlock the door?

From the NterNow dashboard, you will manage your lock.  You can set a Master Code for your team.  You can also use the NterNow App and the Property ID to get an access code.

In your NterNow dashboard, go to the Properties Menu, and select the property you wish to manage / access.  On the upper-right side is an icon for your Smart Home hub. Select that tab to open the menu.  Here you will be able to manage your device. You can set a master code. And you can remotely unlock with the press of a button.

How do I move the controller to another property?

While next to your controller, use the NterNow app to "unpair" the controller from the Sold property. Then you can Activate it on your new property.  The process will cause the controller to reset, and go offline for a few minutes.

Login to the NterNow app with your Staff login (firstname.lastname). Along the bottom menu, select Manage. Type the Property ID of the SOLD property, or the previous property in which it was used. Then you will select Unpair, which will reset the hub and cause it to go offline (lights will flash red/yellow).

Once the hub light turns solid blue it is ready to be activated on your next property and paired to a new Z-Wave lock.
