How can I get a code to tour a home?

  1. The first step is finding the home you want to tour by clicking the start touring button on the scheduling home page or by signing in.

  2. You will then be asked to sign in or create an account if you do not already have one. 

  3. Creating a new account is quick and you will be walked through how to verify your identity as part of this process. 

  4. Once you are signed in and your identity is verified, you can then select a day and time to tour

  5. A code will be sent to you immediately if you are looking to tour NOW, or 5 minutes before a tour you schedule in advance.

Can I schedule more than one tour?

Absolutely, you can set up tours for as many homes as you want! This is only restricted by the hours that each house is open to tour. 


Can I tour the house whenever I want?

The hours you can tour a home are set by the owners or builders for that home. Most are set to be open during daylight hours but can vary from home to home. 


How can I find more homes to tour?

Usually the builder or owner of these homes will use this self-tour technology on all or most of their homes. So make sure to contact them as there may be another community with different homes to tour nearby. You can also download NterNow’s Android or Apple app to view other homes in the area.

I can't remember my username or password.


Your Username should be your email address.  If you have forgotten your password, press Forgot Password. An email will be sent with a temporary password.  You should immediately go to Settings (bottom right) and reset your password to something that you will remember in the future.
