What are the Hours of Operation?
NterNow live support is available from 10 am - 9 pm EST by calling Toll Free 844-531-1283.
Independent Access Tours are defaulted for 7am - 9pm. You can edit your tour hours in your NterNow dashboard. Team members have access to their properties +/- 3 hours of the general public tour hours using the NterNow App.

Who Installs the Lock? Who fixes any lock issues?
NterNow locks have been installed by agents, builders, marketing staffers, construction supervisors and even handymen. With Installation Instructions to guide you, anyone can install an NterNow lock. Please perform installations only on weekdays to allow the NterNow Support Center to concentrate on the heavy weekend visitor traffic.
How do I change the way I receive Visit Notifications?
1. Sign into the NterNow Dashboard (client.nternow.com)
2. Click on the Person Icon next to your name
3. Edit profile
Will NterNow share or sell the visitor’s ID info to other companies?
Never! Only you/your company may call the prospect to lend a hand in the home buying process. NterNow can call your client to assist with access or for service research. In every other way your prospects’ data is protected.
What if my new co-worker needs access or needs to receive Visit Alerts? What if someone needs to be removed from the text/email list?
The Program Manager can Add/Edit the team in the NterNow Dashboard.
1) Go to Staff Menu
2) Add staff names, emails and phone numbers for new installers and staff
3) To delete, search Users >Staff, check the box next to their name and select Delete
What if I cannot see Properties listed in my NterNow Dashboard? (Or I am not getting Visit Alerts)

If you are on staff, have your Program Manager attach you to the property by:
- Go to the Properties Menu
- Select the Property (not check box, but row) to be attached
- In the Property Detail, select the “Staff” tab on the right
- Add names to the box and press ”+”
Can my Prospective Leads be funneled into my CRM?
NterNow has integrations with several CRMs. We provide options for sharing our Lead data with your CRM. Contact Laura@nternow.com to learn more.
I’m having trouble logging into the App
Remember that your username is firstname.lastname (not your email address). Your PM can set a temporary password if you have forgotten yours. If you have other issues once you are logged in, call our Support Center.
