NterNow is a patented On-Demand Access Service providing "drive-buyers" the ability to independently tour a property. Igloohome deadbolts and keyboxes are a tool used to accept unique one-time use codes for each unique home shopper.

Iglooco is the smart lock manufacturer which designs, sells and supports the deadbolts and keyboxes used with the NterNow platform. The deadbolt lock model is Deadbolt 2E.

Deadbolt Troubleshooting Notes
In many cases, unexpected lock behavior can be resolved with technical support by verifying installation, settings and codes. Please have an installer call from the door whenever possible as the first option for resolving issues. Support will request the "Bluetooth ID" of the lock, which can be found on the inside of the battery cover. If a lock failure is confirmed by technical support, then a warranty replacement will be issued as appropriate. Re-keying is not recommended as this is not a standard key.
Basic Process: NterNow / Igloohome Integration
Upon receipt the lock is a standard Igloohome Smart deadbolt.
Steps to enable NterNow Self Touring
- Install Igloo Deadbolt 2E on the door
- Use NterNow App to Activate and calibrate left/right door swing
- must activate while standing next to the lock
- the property address must be entered into the NterNow system before activating
- Login as Staff and select Activate along the lower Menu Bar
- Follow the instructions to select the property address
- wake the lock with a tap to the keypad to begin the bluetooth connection
- assign the handing direction
- test and verify activation by unlocking with a provided user code
Steps to remove NterNow Self Touring
- Use NterNow App to Unpair from the lock
- must unpair while standing next to the lock
- Login as Staff and select Manage along the lower Menu Bar
- Enter the 5 digit Property ID or locate the property address
- tap the red "UnPair" button
- The lock becomes a consumer deadbolt again
- The new homeowner will use the Igloohome app to register the lock and utilize it's many features
NterNow will no longer be able to be used on the lock
