Igloo deadbolt locks are managed using the NterNow App. You will login to the NterNow App using "Staff" credentials, which means that your company must have set you up with a Username and Password. Your Username is always the firstname.lastname (not email address)
NterNow creates a geo-fence to prevent sharing codes with someone else. Therefore you must enable your location while using the NterNow app. Here is an article on how to enable location https://nternow.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/63000280201-how-to-enable-location-services
Your property is For Sale / For Lease - Activate NterNow on the lock:
From the main screen, look along the bottom for the Staff Menu. Select Activate. Then select "Install New Lock"
The following screens will guide you to select your Community, and your Property so that you can activate the proper address. The app will ask which type of lock you are activating, so select Igloohome.
You will see the Bluetooth device screen on the app. Tap the keypad of the lock to wake it up. The Bluetooth id will become bold on your NterNow app so that you can select it.
The app will ask for confirmation that you would like this lock connected to the selected Property ID. Then it will begin pairing the lock to NterNow.
The handing of the lock or calibration is determined by the location of the lock while standing INSIDE the door.
Once the app has paired to the lock, it will show an image of a door sign. Scroll down to reveal the Property ID for this location so that it can be recorded on your door decal.
Finally, you will be provided a 9-digit access code to confirm the activation.
From here, if you need to adjust any Master Codes, press the Manage button along the bottom menu.
You can type a 4 digit code and select Update Pins. DO NOT Unpair.
The House is SOLD - you need to remove NterNow / Unpair the lock!
This step must be done while standing next to the lock.

- Login to the NterNow App using "Staff" credentials
- From the main screen, look along the bottom for the Staff Menu. Select Manage.
- Type the 5 digit Property ID into the next screen.
- Press the large red Unpair button.
- Now the lock is back to it's Factory Reset state. The code to unlock is 1234567890.
