We're very excited to launch our Realtor.com & NterNow integration! Buyers can now schedule self-tours directly from their site.



Here is how it works!

  • WHEN: Each day at 4am NterNow will syndicate your properties to Reatlor.comto look for address matches to compare your listings to the one stored in our system.

  • ADDRESS MATCHING: The address needs to be an exact match.

    • Example: 123 Walnut Road in NterNow, but on Realtor.com it's listed as 123 Walnut Rd.

    • This will not match and therefor not show the button

  • DISCLAIMER: To have this feature available you will need to part of Realtor.com's Builder Program, it does not work for MLS enabled listings on realtor.com

How to turn this on!


  1. Login to our NterNow Dashboard: client.nternow.com 

  2. Go to your Integrations page -> Toggle the Realtor.com integration to ON (It will highlight orange once on)

  3. Contact Laura@NterNow.com if you are having issues


Troubleshooting if our self-tour button is not on Realtor.com

  1. The listing in Realtor.com must be through the builder program and it will display your Builder Logo at the Top

    1. Here is an incorrect builder listing

    2. Here is a correct builder listing, it has a logo, builder links, and several banners displaying the builder name
