NterNow Feed Ingestion

NterNow works with all common XML feeds in home-building. Zillow, BDX/NewHomeSource, O’neil, and custom feeds.

We store the URL under out Integrations Tab -> Property Sync


  1. NterNow Automation pulls in your CMS & Property Data 

    1. Our feeds sync with your company daily each morning and every 4 hours

    2. We sync all property data: price, spec info, pictures, and content

    3. If a community or property is missing, we also have a ‘Sync Now button’, located under the integrations tab

  2. NterNow Automation will now create the communities in our platform

    1. They will be in a 'created' status, once you mark them as active* it will start auto-populating all of your properties into our system each time the feed syncs.

  3. Each Active Community will allow NterNow to generate all the property details like address, pricing, spec info, and picture content.

    1. Our NterNow Property ID goes onto the door decals, so the visitors can enter the ID into their phone when asked for it.

    2. Properties are uploaded to 'Created' status and switched to 'Accessible' when the hub is activated by your team in the field.

      1. You can ‘Archive’ any properties you do not need

      2. Properties are also marked as sold during unpairing of the lock & hub.
