In the event that your Z-wave Smart Lock did not have a solid connection to the NterNow hub, here are the steps to solve this.
You will be clearing the "memory" of both the hub AND the smart lock.
- Login to Install.NterNow.com - our equipment activation site
 - Select Manage Hub from the menu
 - Find your hub serial number and Connect
 - Tap on the Wrench tool and select "Z-Wave Reset"
- this will clear the memory of the hub
 - The hub will go offline briefly

 - While the hub is clearing, perform a Factory Reset on your lock
 - When both are cleared, you are free to pair them once again
- Tap the Wrench button
 - Select + Add Device
 - Be sure to interact with your lock to put it in pairing mode
- Kwikset - Press the "A" button
 - Schlage - Press the "Schlage" button -> 6 digit Programming Code -> "0"
 - Yale - Press "Yale", gear icon, enter Master Entry Code, gear icon, "7", gear icon, "1", gear icon
- Some Yale models have a Pin Hole on the side of the lock. This model only requires a 2-sec press to put the lock in pairing mode
 - Yale locks typically require a Green Z-wave cartridge to accept z-wave pairings
