CONNECT YOUR LOCK TO THE HUB
Set your NterNow hub next to an outlet near your front door. The unit is set up to use cellular, so no wifi hookup is needed.
Go to the NterNow Z-Wave Install tool Install Tool and login with your NterNow credentials.
On your NterNow hub, wait for the top LED light to cycle through colors as it comes online. Wait for a steady blue light before proceeding. It may take up to 5 minutes.
In the NterNow z-wave tool, match the hub serial number of your device with the number in the z-wave list and press "Connect"
Tap the orange wrench icon. Then tap "+ Add Device"
At this point, the hub is looking for your lock. Check your lock's pairing instructions to perform the proper sequence to pair.
Kwikset locks - press "A".
Schlage locks - press Schlage button, 6-digit programming key, "0".
Yale locks - Press Yale, enter Installer code then "gear", press "7" then "gear", then "1" then gear.
Some types of locks will require you to enter a code found on lock or paperwork included with the lock.
- Press the required button(s) on your lock to pair to the hub.
- If your lock has S2 Security, the app will ask for a PIN code to be entered. This is usually found on a sticker near the battery compartment of your lock.
If you click MORE at the bottom, you can see the hub status. Press Close when finished.
ACTIVATE THE PROPERTY
Once the hub is connected to the lock, click the ACTIVATE PROPERTY button.
