The NterNow hub needs to have a solid blue light on the top LED. If the controller has been plugged in for 5-10 minutes and is still not turning blue, here are some things to try.
In every box that we ship, there’s a cable that allows you to connect the hub directly to an internet router. If you can find a router at the office or your home, please connect the hub to the router for about 10 minutes. See if the light changes to solid blue or a blinking purple (it could be updating the firmware)
One other thing to try is to take a small pin or paperclip and insert it into the “Reset” hole on the back near the power cord.
Power Off -
- You should feel a tiny button that can be pressed
- Press this button 3 times quickly. The LED should flash red, yellow and finally power off
- Leave it off for about 1 minute
- After 1 minute, press that Reset button for 3 seconds to turn it back on.
Soft Reset -
- Press the tiny Reset button and hold for 3-5 seconds
- after about 3 minutes the hub should go to solid blue
If none of these options work, we will need to send you a replacement. Send an email to support@nternow.com and include the following
- hub serial number (920#####) found on the bottom of the unit
- Your company name
- Shipping address to send the replacement
