Property not in your Dashboard? Here is how to troubleshoot -
- Go to your Properties Tab and select “Show All” in the top right. See if the property disposition was inadvertently marked Sold or Archived. If so, change the property disposition to Created (be sure to select Save) and it will appear in your dashboard.
If you don’t find the property using the above step
- Go to the Communities Tab and look to the right under the header “ Community Status” to see if the Community is marked Created or Active. If it is Created, watch this video on Activating your NterNow Communities.  - If it is Active, is there Staff attached to the Community? If there is no staff, add the appropriate people/teams to the community.
- Once you have completed those steps, if you need the property now, you will need to sync your dashboard to NterNow. How to Sync your Communities and Properties. This will pull all your properties into your dashboard immediately.
